Two left pictures are the smaller size, two right pictures are the larger size. To my eye the smaller size's sleeves fit better. Less volume and better length. But, there is just a hint of snugness around the upper bust. The bigger size is more comfortable, of course. I don't need extra room for sweaters, this is plenty warm for our climate.
Has to be killer/10 for me to keep as I already have a puffer, even though it's North Face and more gear. Even though I like this Zara jacket I might just reach for the TNF more often due to lifestyle.
The high neckline is another concern as I have a short neck and small head.
