I can't believe that we have reached a point in history where a stay at home mom who lives in the woods with very few stylish retailers nearby, can now have access to anything. Additionally, what she misses, Una will gladly point out. Doomed.

I went to Zara this weekend for the first time, and after getting horribly stuck in a size small dress in the fitting room, gave up and couldn't find anything to buy (maybe it was just too traumatic LOL). The dresses were in this super thick stiff fabric, it didn't feel very nice. Also, I tried on a hooded parka with fur trim, and when I put the hood up, the fur part was not really attached to the hood (only 3 buttons holding the fur trim on, so it flopped around instead of staying up...I guess it's not meant to be a real wearable hood?) I don't get what all the fuss is about. Can someone post some links to the cool stuff? Otherwise I'm sticking with H&M.

What I want to know is if there will be anything that would fit someone with long legs and long arms--- ok, I'll just face it-- a big person!

Well, we don't have H&M or Zara, so I don't know what the difference is - I figure I'll order a bunch of stuff to check out fit and quality, and if it doesn't work, I'll send it back and check yet another lesson off my list.

I was so looking forward to checking out the new Zara web store, but everything looks so boxy and columnar - something that's going to look horrible on anyone with curves or over the age of 25. Am I missing something?

Weeeeeee!!! I'll be going to Zara for our Melbourne meet up on this weekend so I am super chuffed. Wonder what stock difference they will have apart from the obvious northern vs southern hemisphere difference.
