A few weeks ago I had $400 worth of shoes sent from Zappos for my husband. We kept one and I sent the rest back via postal service. As I hadn't recieved a return verification yet, I just called to check on it... yada yada.... after being on the phone with the gal for probably 5 minutes tops, she is issuing my refund even though they have no way to track it through the postal service.
I was getting ready to throw up or shoot myself for trusting the USPS with a $250 package. I will make sure to do all my returns via UPS in the future but I could just kiss the gal who I dealt with on the phone.
yay for happy endings I just hope the package finally arrives to Zappos.
