What are your top 3 favorite fall items? They can be new or old reliables.

Mine are all new:
Frye Veronica Slouch boots
Frye Carson Lace Ups (yes, I bought two pairs of Frye boots this year)
Massimo Dutti brown leather jacket I swiped from my sister (ok, I did pay for it so it's not a total swipe)

Boots, scarves, and jackets.
...Wait, I have to pick 3 items specifically?

I'm going with: Halogen peacock print wool scarf, Rockport Anly cognac riding boots, and Halogen gray tweed asymmetrical moto-style jacket. Very versatile and fun to wear.

- Spanx camis in nude and in black. They are the best thing to keep you warm.

Mine are all old reliables:

Tweed blazer
Pendleton 49er jacket
Large square abstract print scarf in fall colors

I'm sure some of my new purchases will become favorites...as soon as I have a chance to wear them. Bring on the fall weather!

I hope my new Luchese cowboy boots will be favorites since I spent so much on a style I have never worn! (still too hot here). I also got a chestnut colored blazer from J Crew that I hope to wear a lot. Number three might be the leopard pencil skirt also from J Crew.

1) Ricki's satiny moto-jacket ... worn 53 times since I purchased for under $30, according to my StyleBook. LOL.
2) Le Chateau brown linen blend midi skirt ... wear it every week and get a TON of compliments every time!
3) The perfect pair of flat bottomed riding boots... yet unpurchased, but lusted after

I would have to say that my 3 favorite fall items are:

1. Tall Black Riding Boots
2. Dark wash skinny jeans (to tuck in the boots)
3. Scarves (I love them all to just choose one)

1. Soft pink agora beanie. Wonderfuly made, wouldn't ever thought pink is a good color on me but it is adorable.
2. Promod T-strap pumps ( beautiful mix of brown tans cognac and brown with a nice solid 3 inch heel)
3. Still debated between my boots and my beige jacket and my new orange/dark green bag and my new orange wrap. We'll see!

From left to right;

Max Mara wool jacket, via consignment, warm and feather light
Flat brown knee high boots with lace up effect at the front, comfy AND warm,
and
Evita Peroni sunglasses, that seem to work with everything.

So far...

1) Dr. Martens wedge boots
2) Cognac bag
3) Green snake bag

But fall hasn't really gotten into full swing yet. It's cloudy but still fairly warm. I'm sure other items will take the fore later.

I would say my:

scarves (yay!)

But, like Rae said, it's still a little too warm here....c'mon fall!

We're not into fall yet, it's still summer here. But here is my #1 prediction:

New Paige wax coated skinny black jeans. Just picked them up at Nordstrom and I just know they will get worn a lot. Very comfy and so sleek!

They are not selling them at Nordstrom on line, but I think these are the ones. They are replacing my Kohl's black skinny jeans and I'm trading up.

Fall is warm here, so my fall clothes are more like summer for the rest of you.
I think vests in general are my favorite fall item. I have about 7, and am on the hunt for more.
lightweight breezy tops with 3/4 or elbow length sleeves
shorts- bermuda, walking, clamdiggers, etc.

1. I got 3 pair of boots on deep deep discount and can't wait to wear them. Miz Mooz black boots among the faves.
2. In general - TIGHTS!!! I live to wear tights. I find them snuggly and comfortable (even with control tops)
3. Pleated midi Skirt from Nordstrom Rack. I've already worn it once and it felt amazing. I want one in every color.
