I am somewhat worried about the Tadashi as a lot of the reviews of that dress (and of the sleeveless version) mention that it runs big on top and that the neckline is quite low. That will be a problem for me and I know I cannot size down because of my hips. I am sick of plunging, cleavagey necklines if we're being honest, but it seems like most other things with a higher neckline have a super high, boat neck which I can't do either. There seems to be little in between. I don't have time to get anything tailored unless it's something simple I can do myself.
I'm going to order the Ann Taylor one in petite. I like the neckline (it's modest but not too high for my short neck) and it fit surprisingly well (given that it's a sheath).
