Yikes. It's like choosing your favorite child! The most versatile jean I have are girlfriend jeans. I can wear them cuffed or not, and they're not too baggy, too skinny, too flared. They're a medium wash as well.

I would really miss my flares, though. Sometimes they just make me feel cool.

Currently I enjoy the wide leg jeans with low rise from BR that goes head to head to my Lucky Brand low rise flares from about 5 years ago.
The wide leg jeans are comfortable and work with any shoes, the roomy leg feels liberating and easy, the style is "in" now ( great for work ).

lol I was thinking the same thing as Roberta.
But I I can only have 1 pair, it would be my boyfriends. They just work- with almost every sweater and top I own, they don’t require a specific shoe, in fact other than my tall boots they look great with all my footwear. They are just such a workhorse. (See my Jan challenge for proof)

Pretty tough to decide as I am such a jeans girl but my current favourite would be my newest jeans, the Uniqlo Baggy in the dark wash.

I love the fit, extremely comfortable and I get to tuck in tops and wear a belt again. I feel so pulled together when I wear them. Mine are sized down because I never wanted them truly baggy, just wider.

Citizens of Humanity Annina - Wide-Legged Jeans. I have been wearing these jeans non-stop since I got them last summer. I have considered getting them in another wash; that is how much I like them.

Re: jeans- that's easy! I don't wear jeans often but these are dressy enough, high enough in the back, and pull on. TBH 1 pair of jeans is enough for my lifestyle!

I only have one pair, the white ones from late 2021. And they’ve become too big, just trying to wear them plenty while I still can as they cost $200. So as the only ones, they have to be the favourite!

These J. Crew 90s Classic Straight jeans are pretty perfect. They have just a little stretch, they are not too loose, too tight, too wide or too narrow, and for me, they come in Tall. J. Crew jeans are consistently my best fitting because they are made for a straight body type with few curves and I think they are a good value.

Spent the afternoon in the local ladies shops and sought out a variety of jeans. Most inseams 28 or 30! A few 32s. I need at least a 34. Next!

My current favorites are the Gap 90's loose jeans, and the Gap low stride jeans. What Gap calls low rise is mid-rise for me, as I have a very short waist. The 90's loose jeans also come in what they call high rise, and they have Talls, which are listed as a 34 inch inseam. They are a bit wider than shown on the model in this Find.

I just bought these wide-leg, high-rise jeans from the Gap. They're sooooo comfortable!! The width of the leg makes me ridiculously happy!! When I opened the package, I thought I had bought a sail! Haha! I thought, "oh no!" But tried them on and I LOVE them. It's like they were made for ME! The regular length is 32" and I measured it with a measuring tape and they are TTS. I see the tall says they come in 34"...! They fit my hips snuggly and are a bit roomy though the waist, but not so much that it bothers me. I have small hips with only about a 6" difference between my waist on my bellybutton and my hips. I think if the ratio were higher I wouldn't like them and they wouldn't fit as well.

My other jeans that I wore all winter and in rainy weather, are these high-rise, cropped Levi's. I like the lighter wash and that they work with my boots and keep my hems dry.

Joe's jeans are my favorites. I like the straight cut Lara jeans, but I have skinnies, and boot cut, as well, and a pair of straight in black. Joe's fit me well and they are always on sale somewhere. Don't think I've ever paid full price for them. I don't like wearing wide legged jeans. They've been in and out of style, but this time I'm skipping them.
