My young’un is heading off to college soon. He won’t be wearing his hs uniform anymore, and acknowledges that he needs to get some pants. I got great advice from the forum a few years ago, so thought I’d ask for updates.
He’s now 6’3” and weighs about 170 lbs. He’s definitely got that “athletic” build with a small waist and bigger glutes & quads. He’s not a fan of having his pic taken solo, but family snapped a couple of us while we visited recently. He loves the Giesswein slippers the forum helped me find for him, as seen here.
He would like dressy sweats that are well-made. He says Calida is the level of quality he wants. He frequently shops H&M and Uniqlo, wants a step up from there. Express and Everlane, which I suggested, didn’t appeal to him—but I didn’t suggest any specific model, just their general look.
We can shop in the US or Germany; so suggestions for either would be much appreciated.
ETA a pic of him in the outfit he wore to the wedding that prompted my to join ylf, plus a pic of us around that time, in the khaki shorts he used to love.
