My secret santa must know how much I love polka dots! I received a beautiful deep red polka dot scarf, and super cute yellow polka dot earrings!

I have no idea who you are SS, but thank you!

What lovely gifts all round!

I will start the big reveal tomorrow (13th US time) as I am hoping the last couple of gifts make their way quickly:)

I returned from high tea in Boston to find my giftie, a lovely snake pouch from the fabled Danier, containing some artful earrings. I love them both. Thank you Canadian Santa! (I don't think you're the hot man with the white beard, though.)

My computer went into the shop on Friday morning and I was expecting it home that same day, but it has to stay over so I'm just getting around to borrowing a computer.

I don't know who my Santa is, but she is definitely a special YLF . . . either a long-time member or someone who spent a great deal of time and attention going through my posts and getting to know me.

The lovely gift came shipped in two packages.

A pair of beautiful, rich blue sea glass studs were in the chiffon pouch. I put them on right away and got compliments from the SO. Perfect color and organic nature for me! Plus, I love my studs and had been wanting to have a few more pair.

The other is a beautiful handmade ceramic creamer-- the blues and browns are very elegant and I love the leaf impressions. It will be perfect for serving warm maple syrups and sauces. Great gift for a ceramist with a new house!

Thank you so much, Santa!

I've so enjoyed looking at the pictures and reading your descriptions. I had wanted to participate this year but missed the dates, due mostly to my "opposite" forum participation. I am on the forum late at night, or on the slow times like Sundays. Anyway, thanks for arranging everything Sally, and I think I know who your Secret Santa is due to the talented handiwork!

My Secret Santa present arrived!!!

It was a lovely white infinity scarf with some lip balm and some lip scrub ( I didn't know the latter product existed, but I have thought it should - will be great for our hot Australian summers) The scarf will get tucked away for winter and I look forward to wearing it -  I think it'll be a workhorse

I'm am touched at my Secret Santa's willingness to send a gift to the other side of the world - and pay the postage involved!!

Thanks so much Secret Santa!

Sadly, my gift has not yet arrived. At this point it seems like a bit of a lost cause. I fully accept responsibility for not having my correct address on Elfster, so I hope my Santa doesn't feel badly. I'm not sure what the problem was as USPS confirmed they would forward first class mail and packages to my new address for a full year. Alas, I have not received it.

Santa, I am very very curious about what I was to receive and who you are. How would you feel about letting me in on the secrets? No worries that I may never get the gift (really, truly, and sincerely), it would be fun to think about what my gift would have been! I very much appreciate your efforts!

I am delighted yours turned up Anne and sad that yours has gone astray Jenny!!

Carter, you will love "Wild". I couldn't put it down...thought provoking and inspiring.

Jenny, I was your Secret Santa. I'm sorry you didn't receive your package. I still hope that you receive it, as it's no longer being sold at the e-shop where I purchased it.
I took a conservative approach to your gift. Your style wasn't clear to me from previous posts, but I tried to incorporate your colour preferences (jewel tones) and your climate needs. So, in the end, I settled on this. It might still make its way to you, let's hope!

What a pretty scarf and beach skirt!

Jenny, have you called the post office to find out whether they may have your package there? The post man never seems to leave a notice on my door for what it's worth (same region).

Thank you, grandfashionista! It is absolutely lovely! I cannot get enough of warm things since moving north. It is not impossible that I will receive it. I really appreciate your thoughtfulness!

Liz, I have not tried calling the post office but I've been getting many USPS packages successfully delivered to my new address (lots of online shopping for Christmas and to outfit a new apartment). Is there a reason they would deliver some packages but not another? Admittedly, I've never phoned the post office in my life but I guess I could give it a try!

Remarkably, and seemingly against all odds, my YLF Secret Santa gift arrived today. Yes, February 16, more than two months after designated gift opening day and exactly three months from the date of the postmark (November 16). Thank you US Post Service for finding me after I had given up all hope! What a mysterious journey the package must have taken. It arrived to me intact and beautifully wrapped.

Thank you grandfashionista for the warmest scarf I've ever had. I have a feeling there will be plenty more cold weather before spring here in Wisconsin so I have no doubt there will be opportunities for me to wear it.

Jenny, that's such good news!!! How amazing.

And PS I still don't know who my Secret Santa was! I loved my gift!

Anne - your secret Santa was Aida:)

Jenny - yay, that is awesome news.

We all got there in the end!!

Hooray, I'm so glad the package made it to you!
