Beth Ann, don't worry, it is not your fault. I've left very generous timeframes for every stage of the game for this very reason - but in the end we cannot predict how fast things will actually move across the globe. There is no simply no logic. I've received one parcel from the USA 5 days after it was shipped, while some private registered post I had sent within Europe took 2 weeks to deliver.
Don't be upset. There is still time for each side to be happy. Because we're all in different time zones and I'll start the thread for around midday 9th December Pacific Standard Time, that will 'buy' one day for the rest of the world - hopefully your recipient is in that group
