My Secret Santa did GREAT! She noted two of my favorite things -- the color blue, and chocolate!! The scarf is very soft and has all of the shades of blue you can imagine. Thank you, SS! xoxo

As soon as I saw the address on my package I knew my Secret Santa was Denise (aka Cocolion). I was so excited, because I knew my gift was chosen by an expert stylist. I had asked for jewelry, maybe a pendant, earrings or a bracelet. Boy was I surprised when I opened a whole box full of arm candy! My Secret Elfette not only has fantastic taste, but is a great shopper as well. Just look at my loot! I can't wait to start sporting this stuff. Thank you dear Denise; you're the BEST!

The package arrived wrapped so lovingly with two surprises. First there was a little bag of delicious chocolates. Then there was a red bag... and inside a PUG sticker on the wrapper! My Santa knows me so well. We have two pugs. Then came the biggest surprise - a Dotty umbrella to play with my Dotty purse. Ack! No words! I am in love!! Thank you so much dear YLF Santa! I don't know who you are but I have a guess!

Wow, these are so great!! Can't wait to see the others!

What wonderful gifts and such fun to share an early Christmas!
My gift arrived awhile ago directly from Amazon amid a pile of amazon boxes (which I had ordered) so I opened it and saw the packing slip with a description of the item. I quickly tucked it away and did not peek at the actual item until today. It's a lovely silver necklace and pendant. There is a name provided by Amazon (note to others for next year - etsy seems to be much more discreet than amazon) but I still do not know who my santa is, but I thank her!
Looking forward to wearing this beauty soon.

What lovely gifts everyone got! So much fun!

I received an exquisite handmade necklace, with a set of hand-crocheted rings in my favorite burgundy color! It is an unusual statement piece and I had to wear it right away! My patients and nurses loved it...lots of compliments today! Thank you sweet Secret Santa!

If I had to guess who would be so crafty and talented and thoughtful, I would say Diana, as she makes the most amazing hand-knitted items for her wardrobe! My secret Santa tried to throw me off by using a California return address (that didn't match any of the Elfster participants' mailing addresses), but I have my suspicions anyways (and I found a sneaky way to confirm them)! Thank you so much Secret Santa for a unique and gorgeous gift that took a lot of effort to make! I feel so special!

Sona, I'm glad you like the earrings (and the other stuff--wink wink!) I'm so glad it all worked out!

It's been so fun to see everyone's packages! It reminds me of being a
kid and spending Christmas afternoon with my friends showing each
other what we got.

My Santa was also spot on in her choices. She sent me a luxurious
animal print scarf. It's very long and wide, and super soft. There
are going to be so many ways to style this! She also sent me a box
of See's chocolates; growing up in California, See's was alway part of
the holidays. I love it.

I do know who my wonderful Santa is, as she signed her card. But I'll
keep it secret until the reveal. I took a few quick pics playing with
the scarf. (I know this outfit might look better with black shoes,
but I'm trying to break in these snow boots before a trip.)

Yay!!!

My Secret Santa's gift came with an intriguing warning about possible explosions and subsequent goo - happy to report that everything was fine and goo free!

I opened the shipping box ages ago when it arrived but didn't make a note of *where* it had come from before I skipped away with the enclosed bag and allowed the box to be recycled. So I have no geographic hints about my SS except that she's in the US!

I opened the gift bag this morning and found inside ... a super cute, black sequined collar, a wonderfully fragrant tea blend and tea infuser, and a bottle of glitter polish - specially blended just for me! This is of course the part of the gift with explosive goo potential! lol

I had a whole day holiday event to attend so I put the nail polish on right away! You can't see the total awesomeness of the glitter in the photos, but it's very 'galaxy' on a purply black base.

I did my photos a few minutes ago in my pyjamas but somehow the collar kind of works - I guess you really *can* wear them with anything!

Thank you Santa!!

ETA: I wanted to venture a guess at my Secret Santa's identity before tomorrow's reveal. Based on my gift I'm thinking someone earthy and crafty with a flashy twist, which makes me think ... Diana! And if I get a second guess I'm going with Astrid

Today was my son's birthday party so my camera is out of batteries, but I got a gorgeous cobalt and pink scarf and a citron bracelet with studs - both perfect additions to my wardrobe! I will post pics tomorrow - thank you, Secret Santa - in the middle of all the chaos in my life right now, opening this little surprise truly provided the bright highlight of my week!

Oh, and although my Santa's name was on the outside of the package, I'm still not sure who it is - how clueless can one be?! Whomever it is, she knows the term UWP and what it means!

Amazing! Such thoughtful, creative and fun gifts I already have a head full of ideas for next year...

Personally, I can't tell what part of this game has been more exciting - choosing a gift to send or opening the one I have received.

So fun and wonderful seeing the smiling, happy faces.

I just saw this on the forum, for Debbie's Secret Santa:

My secret Santa was amazing! She sent me a pair of Lucky Brand earrings I had on my wishlist. I'm so happy she picked het gold ones because I'm trying to branch out a bit and wear more gold colors. She also sent me a bar or dark chocolate with cherries and the probably the sweetest holiday note ever. Thanks Santa! You're the best!

I took the present with me to my parents house but forgot my camera, so please excuse the website pic.

WOW!!! What an utterly delightful thread! I love the photos everyone took too. Such care and love for your Secret Santas

I am truly sorry for my tardiness. My gift got here days ago so it was hard not tear into the package! I know my who my secret santa is but I will hold on to it till the reveal. And she picked the best thing on my wishlist - a braided-ish turquoise leather cuff bracelet - yumm! I love it! Thanks so much Santa (((HUGS))). I've been so tired lately - physically and also of wearing the heck of my very limited maternity wardrobe - this was just what I needed

Santa got me a gorgeous necklace and earring set. I am very much into studs, spikes and gold at the moment, so this present was very welcome! I particularly love the earrings because now I can wear a bit of an edgy jewelry even with my most conservative outfits.
I am sorry I cannot take a picture now, here is a stock photo. I already wore this necklace once, I love it and can't wait to wear it with all kinds of different outfits.
My gift was directly sent from the vendor but I have sneaking suspicion that my secret Santa was Sveta.:)

Here's mine from the wonderful ClearlyClaire. It's the middle piece, the orange leather and stone wrap bracelet. I love it, it's not too loose so I can wear it at work (see work detail in background -- would you like tea or wine?). It was on my Elfster wishlist. Thank you Clairvoyant Claire! It's just what I wanted.

I just got home and will add a picture tomorrow. I received 2 bracelets that are extremely unusual. I LOVE them.
I have no idea who my secret Santa is but she is very thoughtful.

Slightly off-topic: I just want to thank Ornella for this joyful enterprise, and for all the 'secret identities' out there, I have to add that I'm proud to be on YLF with all you Xmas elves out there. Such generosity and thoughtfulness in these gifts!

Such clever and thoughtful secret santa's this is a really fun thread!

Yes, I would like to add my voice to the chorus of thanks to Ornella for organizing this! It is one of the highlights of a YLF year!

Yes, thanks Ornella! It was a lot of fun, and your organisation was stellar!

Thank-you Ornella!

Yes, thank you for making this happen!

Thanks, Ornelia! This was super fun. I'm wearing my gift today.

Thanks ladies, it was a pleasure and I'm perfectly happy to do this next year again, now that I've figured out all the gimmicks Elfster can throw at us

I have a question - since a few people have not received their gifts yet, how about postponing Santas' identity revelation for a few days, in hope those gifts that were late will arrive and our friends will not miss out on all the fun?

Your thoughts?

Thank you, Ornella and thank you, too, to my Secret Santa for the wonderful gifts! We arrived home from our trip, the entire family very sick, and I had 2 lovely boxes to open with lovely goodies inside. Apologies that my camera remained behind on my trip, but I received gorgeous ink blue nailpolish (I'll have blue nails by the end of the week), a fantastic blue scarf, and a super cool "transitional" black and silver bracelet. I call it transitional because my secret santa managed to get me a bangle that can go "tough" or "classic" depending on what I pair it with...what a thoughtful, perfect gift!!
The gifts would have been perfect had we not been sleep deprived and ill, but I have to tell you that they will be extra appreciated for the lift at the end of a long week. Thank you Secret Santa!

Was it agreed to wait for the reveal or am I just out of the loop? Working on limited sleep, jet lag, and drugged illness, so I may be missing the post, but I don't want to spoil any secrets and do want to more directly thank my santa. Thanks!

My parcel arrived. Sorry for the rotten pics, I just wanted to post. It's a soft silver & black shawl - I have it scrunched up into a scarf in the picture. It will look fantastic with my silver sandals, great for the holiday season & beyond - thank you Secret Santa.
