As far as the blouse goes - IMO, the yellow is too "creamy" or "Easter Chicks" to me. I think one that was more of a Lemon yellow would be more flattering on you.

Rae, I'm very late to this thread so you may have already decided but I love the jacket the way I love the F21 shearling bomber on you. LOVE LOVE LOVE. I think the shoulders only serve to further define your waspish waist. The details like the collar tab make it unique for a blazer alternative so I don't see how you can lose with this. Super cool.

I agree with Marley about the yellow. It's a nice change, but a little light (remember the lighter orange wasn't as flattering as the saturated orange)? I prefer a stronger and possibly more sour yellow for you. If you have ripped the tags off it and worn it to work today, erase all of that.
