I have come to the conclusion that my fall/winter wardrobe is fully functional! A big thank-you to Angie and the forum for helping me rebuild a wardrobe that I love! As I've been browsing online and in stores, I finally reached that magical point of "enough!" I have plenty of items in my closet to put together fab outfits every day of the week. Other than a super formal occasion, I'm set for every situation I can think of. Sure, I would always like another dress, another great pair of shoes, another bag...but I truly don't NEED anything.

YLF has also helped me to branch out and experiment, which has really helped me define my personal style. I always knew that I was modern classic, but I really enjoy adding a little funky twist with pattern, color, etc. There are trendier items I've tried and returned, not because I didn't like them, but they just weren't me...boyfriend blazer (cough, cough). Loved the idea of it, but I was never going to wear it. I felt silly. I can play with my jackets that are a little more tailored for a similar look. More me. I also discovered that I don't like wearing pants other than jeans. I'd rather wear a dress or a skirt. My closet is streamlined and uncluttered...except for the Christmas gifts I've hidden in there.

Ahhhh. I'm in a happy place!
