YLF Collect

Greg, I use IE 11 and just tried adding the YLF collect tool. Your instructions for IE says to add it to "Favorites". I did this and could not get it to work then I realized it needs to be added to the "Favorites Bar" folder in the "Favorites". Are you aware of this?

ETA - when I click the button I get this message. I am logged in.

Please log in to YLF before using the bookmarklet. You can log in to YLF in a separate window and then come back to this page and try the bookmarklet again.

Hi deb,

Yes, you can add it in either place, but the favorites bar is just a little more convenient because you can set it to always be visible.

That message means that you need to go to YLF and log in before using the collector. If that still doesn't work, then you may need to delete your cookies (browsing history). This is an issue some people have seen with Internet Explorer and I haven't been able to get to the bottom of it yet.

If you do have another browser, like Firefox or Chrome, you may want to try with that instead.

OK, I deleted the cookies then logged into YLF. Then I went to Nordstrom, chose an item, then clicked the YLF button and got the same message. Any other suggestions?

deb, if you have restarted IE and tried deleting the cookies then you have exhausted my suggestions for IE I'm afraid.

My only other suggestion is to try a different browser while I look for a solution.

ETA: I'm going to send PM to ask a few specific questions about your setup.
