All right, here it goes:
Kyle, I really enjoyed this challenge. As you said in your post, I have many cute dresses and skirts for summer that reflect my usual style. To do justice to this challenge, however, I wanted to think completely outside the box and I came up with these outfits.
1) This is something I actually wore in a big city - can you identify which?

I think it incorporates a couple of trends, leggings, gladiator(ish) sandals and ethnic trends (the scarf - which I just received as a gift and love to death. It is a braided scarf embellished with beads and tiny dollies. It can be worn as a scarf, belt or headband - see next picture).
2) Since this is something I had already worn, I also came up with this:

I do realize that this outfit is not everyone's cup of tea. For me, each of the pieces is so different from my usual style that all together they make up something that I would want to wear.
I am simply in love with these leggings. They look like painted-on skinny jeans. I am also looking for other ways to wear them so any suggestions welcome.
