I just noticed that I had accidentally blocked someone here! Not sure how it happened .. but yikes .... I want to see your posts .... I want to see your posts! I didn't mean to block you! I know that you don't know ... but still

Anyway just warning you guys .... in case there are others (I am hoping so!) like me!

Neel it's easy to it accidentally. Don't feel bad. That has happened to me too and I have unblocked as soon as I realised. Don't feel bad;)

Oh thank god it's not just me! :). I wonder if Greg could add a confirmation box whenever we press the block button. Like "Do you really want to block this person? Yes/No".

Now you have me worried...with my limited talents in computers, could I have accidentally blocked someone?...Where is the blocking thingy so that I can check?...
(I am the one who also goes back home after a trip begins to be sure the iron is off...smile...)

So you got me paranoid and I just went and checked and sure enough I had a member blocked! Most definitely not intentionally. She is now unblocked. I will have to be more careful. I think it's easier to do this in error when working on an iPad or tablet:)

Same thing happened here awhile ago. Wasn't 't even aware of this option and found that at some point I had accidentally exercised it. Thanks for the reminder to check it periodically, Neel.

It has happened to me too, when I was browsing on my phone. I always managed to catch it in time though so I could change it back.

Astrid ... I accidentally blocked someone today and I realized immediately ... That's when I ran to check my blocked list! Sure enough I had blocked one more fabber!

Unfrumped - If you go to your profile, on the header there are two *eye* symbols. One for the list of people you are watching and one (with a cross over the eye) for the people who you may have blocked.

I worry that I am going to accidentally flag a post when I'm on my Nook, because it can be a little jumpy. Hopefully there's at least a two-step process to flag posts. Now I'm going to check if I've unintentionally blocked anyone.

No worries. You can very easily unblock someone. Have you been able to do that, Neel?

Yes, I've actually done it too on my phone. In my case it was someone who started a thread that I had replied to, so I was really confused when I went to look for it again and it had disappeared!

I think having a confirmation button is a good idea! Maybe suggest it in the tech support forum so Greg sees it?

I did this once too, totally accidentally. I was so worried about the person and why she hadn't been posting!! Finally I saw a comment, then clicked on her name...that was when I saw she was blocked. Unblocked immediately!

I think it is beside the message button or something. Easy to miss and not notice!
