Ladies! So, I decided to put this outfit together...my "casual" outfit to wear...to the mall? LOL! Does it look okay? What could I do to make it better? Thanks in advance!

Nice casual outfit formula...lookin' good! I suggest either a longer top or thicker leggings. It could just be my screen but the ones in the picture look too thin. A thicker pair would be ideal for wearing this way. The scarf and denim jacket really complete the look.

I like all the components except the tights...they look more like leggings that would go under a longer dress or skirt or a long tunic, but not to be worn as a substitute for pants.
Do you have anything similar that is of a thicker fabric? The colors and textures of the other items really are working well together, nice work.

I think this is a look that a lot of young people are sporting these days - have you tried textured tights? They generally are thicker and don't give off as much of the "I'm not wearing pants" look

Very cute. But, like what everyone else has said, you may need a longer top or thicker leggings. The last thing you need is for everyone to think you're wearing tights as pants.

Thank you ladies! I do agree that the tights are a bit on the thinner side and will go hunt for thicker leggings! Where can I find such? I usually buy mine from Burlington or Marshall's.....any help would be greatly appreciated! Thamks in advance for all the replies, I am not fashion savvy so any advice given, I'm a takin'!

Oh, btw, maybe I can wear a longer tank or tshirt underneath the sweater that way it'll keep my rear covered up!?

I found mine at Gap. I was debating between the small and medium and decided to go with the medium because the reviews said that if they were too tight it would be obvious.

You could try a longer top, but I think it depends on the weather, I think the spring or fall would be warmer and tights would work. In the winter it may be a bit too chilly.
