Yay or Nay on these bottoms?

Any opinions appreciated. And if they're keepers how on earth would you style them? I'm flummoxed. They're lime green and a lightweight soft knit. I added the shoe to see how it looked.

Great blouse! (Pop a white cami underneath).

I think these trousers could work if they were shorter. I love culottes - soooooooo that's what I am thinking.

I love the shirt, but I'd have to add to the nay'ers. To me they seem sloppy at the end of each leg and don't enhance your really nice legs. But I'm not an expert

I'd keep 'em only for loungewear. The length is too awkward to leave the house.

I voted yay but I do so for loungewear only. Like many, I agree that the length is awkward. And being knit pants, I don't think it'd be worth it to do the alteration.

Also like them as lounge wear, but not for outside, sorry. The length is just too weird. However, if you were to shorten them, than I could see them styled casually.

How short do they need to be should I decide to try hemming and re-posting a pic? Right below the knee? The fullness is throwing me off on the right hem length.

Angie, I agree on the cami. I just tossed the blouse on as it's the only thing that remotely goes with the bottoms.

I think you could try right above the knee...that said, I think the are very casual. So, just a thought. I'd prefer a more substantial fabric, in addition to the shorter length. But try them hemmed up and see how it goes.

And, I wanted to add, the blouse is beautiful. I do like the colors together...very beautiful.

But I'd go with a nude or metallic sandal...or cream to echo the blouse.

Keep if you have a longer version or a more shorter one. They are hiding your gorgeous legs.
The blouse is so cute.

The blouse is nice but the pants are a big nay for me. The seem too big and look like loungewear. As Angie said maybe you can find them shorter and a more structured pair of cullottes.

I decided to just keep these as lounge wear rather than try to hem them. Knit is notoriously difficult to tailor IMO. I'm always on the lookout for comfy and pretty around-the-house options.
