I'm going to my work annual lunch on Monday. It's a big one - probably about 800-1000 people there. Dress lounge suits. The London office admin staff wear close to cocktail then it varies across the board as to how dressed up people are but lots make a big effort.

I want to look elegant but effortless but still have not sorted my 'elegant but effortless' capsule! How does this look. I have layered a lace tank over a simple jersey dress. I wish the sleeves were longer. I don't have the perfect topper to transform it. I hoped the necklace and clutch would give some interest.

Is it any good or should I just go back to the drawing board?

Thanks for any suggestions - I know I've hardly been on but am watching you stylish ladies from afar and am v envious of those of you doing NAS.
