Thank you all for your replies so far. BTW, all of these items came from my closet (and most are button front blouses), so you can see how colorfully overwhelming my closet is.
When I was young, I was pretty sure I had warm coloring. Then somewhere in my late 30s my skin tone seemed to change a bit (and I started coloring my hair). Suddenly I felt like my coloring was more cool. More recently, I feel a bit like my coloring is shifting back to warm (although I do prefer the cooler green and the taupey-gray color over the camel in the pics above).
I was pretty convinced that I had swung back to warm-leaning, and I was going to lighten the color of my hair and add some golden highlights the last time I went in. However, the cape the hairdresser through over me was bright tomato red, and I looked like I had jaundice. It was hideous. So I second guessed myself and kept the dark chocolate hair, assuming I was really cool colored.
Beats me. Interesting that in counting right before writing this reply, there are 5 who are either firmly or leaning cool, 5 who are either firmly or leaning warm, and 2 who go both ways.
