Nordstrom’s once sent me the wrong colour bag. It was mislabeled. I’d been stalking it, and was so excited when the “right” one popped back up online. By the time it got to me, in Canada, a couple of weeks had gone by. I figured there was no way that I was ever going to get my beloved bag after that amount of time (hadn’t been available online within a day or two of me ordering it). So I called, and the SA tracked one down for me from a store, and had it shipped. I was very impressed. And relieved!
