I loved my miami pink Doctor's bag, but it didn't wear well after just 6 weeks. I called the company I bought it from and explained; I said that I had only worn it gently, they disagreed, said I had bent the frame and scuffed the bag, and so it went on. They 'repaired' it but it isn't like new and I don't like it at all now because it has bad feelings attached to it.


It wasn't a good purchase, and knocked my confidence. I felt very uneasy about it and still do a little. DH was very supportive and it is on Ebay currently, ready for a new home.

Please may I ask for kind words to say it is okay for me to move on from this purchase. I don't think I need support about the poor customer service, the moment has passed, but support to rebuild my confidence on purchasing another bag!
