Thanks Lyn, you are doing just fine! I agree “moody” is about the look/vibe rather than the person. The drama of a dark palette versus the cheerfulness and joy of a bright palette.
Here are a some of my last Summer outfits that I would describe as moody. Very reliant on pattern to evoke mood. I think it’s hard to do moody with solids in Summer. Unfortunately the dark floral skirt in the second photo is getting worn out and on its last legs. I wear it a lot. Including, and especially, to walk my dog I wish I could find another like it.
