This photo doesn't do it justice- there is lace at the neckline that looks gorgeous when it shows over your skin. It's 100% cotton- woven with a cotton lining and elastic waistband. I snapped this up yesterday at Target, then I found there is a 20% off dresses printable coupon on their website. I'll be going back for my price reduction.
