I am looking for a knee high boot that will go with jeans, leggings and casual dresses. Would this be one that you would choose? I want something that is low heeled but edgy and fun. I prefer grey but I read on the reviews of this boot that the grey has a greenish tint...not everyone felt it was a big issue though. Also, there were several that mentioned the zipper being very bright silver.
I really love the look of this boot and it is in the price range I can afford. I am driving myself crazy trying to find a boot but the ones I usually like are way above price I need to do.
Any thoughts or suggestions on boots that are like these?

Hope you can find something you in your price range that you like, I do like the ones you picked, I would like them with something a little more feminine to balance the look. But that is just my opinion. Good luck!

I love the boots you are interested in, vicki...and I do not think the price is too bad. i mean if it comes to boots and shoes i usually spend a bit more. I spend a lot of time walking and take great care of my feet though I must admit that I do own less expensive shoes, too!

I've been buying tall black boots recently too. I don't have any suggestions as I'm in the UK but I do recommend trying on. I learnt more from that than from all of the browsing online I did in the weeks before. Do you know if the fit on these will be right for you?

Yes! I have a similar pair in brown in a different brand. They don't have a zip which is a major on/off pain. The buckle look but zip convenience of this boot is a huge plus.

Yeah, Jen, I would like for them to be a tad bit more feminine but I am having a crazy time finding that edgy look yet having the feminine touch. I just know that I want something I will reach for on a regular basis and I think this could possibly be that boot. I don't know how they fit but I wear a 8.5 and I am 5'2" and about 115 lbs so I don't think OTK boots will work for me.

Angie, I guess I'm thinking that for what I want in boots that OTK will not be an a good option for me. I am just so frustrated with my boot search. I really can't afford a boot over $200 and I can't make a decision on a boot. I feel like an overwhelmed bride on "Say Yes to the Dress" that comes in clueless as to style/price etc. yet wants the best she can afford!!! I change daily from ankles, booties, to knee-high. Then I say I want the edge-be it hardware, lacings- but I want it sexy and feminine sortof! Can one boot do all that?!? I would love to find a couple pairs-one knee high and one ankle booties in either grey or black BUT keep it under $200-or a little over that. So, as to your question, I don't know the OTK wouldn't look great on me but I want styles that I will grab for everyday I want to wear boots! My Timberland brown ones I bought last year meet that... what say you? thanks for asking BTW

I like them! They definitely have that motorcycle-boot edge.

I can vouch for how comfortable Born boots are - I have a pair of Kelles that are probably not what you're looking for, but they feel like I'm walking on air.

These are some of the boots that I just LOVE!! But so out of my price range...I would think there would be some out there like these a little lower in price. I am still hesitant on the Born due to the zipper color /greenish tint reviewers complained about. For price, I want to love love love them!

Tried to get all the boots I am talking about copied but couldn't...look at the recently viewed section on Tony Birch boots page and those are ones I am talking about as well..
