Would this Trench Work for Me??/

Hi Angie & Friends. . . . . I have an apple/rectangle shape (gain my weight in my stomach area and I am short waisted). Do you think this trench would work for my body type? Angie, you've already guided me to look for a single breasted style that's not too full -- do you think this one has too much volume? When I belt certain styles, I look like a mushroom - not a good look....lol

Looks fine, Niecey. Don't know about those huge cargo pockets though. But you' are not pear shaped. It could work. Try this one too:

You can’t move the belt position but you should try anyway. Perhaps they have this style in petite?

Angie, Is this ice gray color of the Ann Taylor Loft coat a hard color for most people to wear? I don't know why my reaction to it was that it would make anyone look ghostly. However I don't trust my color perception. I think it is a wonderful style but wish it came in a darker color.

The trench looked INCREDIBLE on a client of mine who is in her late 60’s. She has black hair, glass green eyes, ivory skin and a stylish silver streak running up the front of her coifed hair do. You’ll have to experiment yourself. You need to wear cold colors well to pull this one off.
