Would these shoes work with this dress?

The dress is quite light so the black laced shoes are a bit dark. Maybe you if you accessorized with something black...like a black necklace or something to match the shoes, the shoes won't look so out of place.
If you have another shoe selection, that might be better

Hmm-- I usually try not to wear super-high heels with short-short dresses. This dress would be very short on me, but perhaps you are petite. I would pair a dress like this with some flats or low block-heel shoes. Or boots!

What Elly said. The light, short dress with those high, dark, chunky shoes would be difficult to pull off. Maybe if your hair is black?
