Would the Floral Topshop Jacket Work with a Skirt?

The reason why I was asking was because some people have commented that my jackets seem to hit me in the wrong spot. My high hip is really high up and so that makes fitting tops tricky. I wonder if only cropped jackets will work for me?

I'll just have to try it out and see how it looks.

Cropped jackets will make your waist look shorter. It's also a high and low contrast thing. The floral jacket with a darker skirt will probably be more proportionally flattering. And perfect with trousers.
