Yesterday I went to the gym at lunch and did my weekly 5km on the treadmill. I worked pretty hard -heartrate up to 195 at some points - and the new outfit was so hot. I checked the labels after and it's all polyester.
I may have to invest in some cooler workout gear and save these for winter. Feeling a bit foolish.
