As I'm getting dressed for my run today, I felt the need to give a shout out for the racerback tanks at Penney's. I got mine in radiant orchid for $8 this winter. It's quite long. Too long for me honestly, so I may take up the straps. But how perfect for many of you lankier ladies. Cheap and fun designs as well.
