I've landed a summer job teaching knitting, sewing, and drumming to elementary school students. I live in Tucson, where the highs will regularly be in the low 100s. I'm not sure yet how AC crazy the school will be, but I want to have a collection of tops that can be worn alone and look professional and polished enough. Right now I have a lot of nice simple t-shirts, but I'm looking for tops with a bit more style to them. I also am on the market for dresses, and desperately need a khaki blazer.

So, the perfect top will be:
- affordable (ideally less than $25, I think the most I could convince myself to spend is $40ish)
- in autumn/earthy colors (think greengloves)
- short sleeved or a modest tank
- no cleavage
- inverted triangle OK - no fluttery sleeves or big shoulders
- short-neck OK - no tall collars that show how absurdly short my neck is!
- wearable in the heat

Dresses:
- all of the above, though a bit more expensive is ok
- knee-length-ish

Blazer:
- I basically want a khaki/camel/beige version of this blazer:

I thought the blazer would be easy to find, but thus far I'm having a really difficult time finding anything that isn't black or gray.

Help me YLF!

The colors seem to be what's really giving me a hard time, but I know the right colors are out there! I'm just not looking in the right places... And luckily the job doesn't start until June 1st, so I do have time to do some searching!
