One of my newest purchases is this sweater coat which I’m sure I will live in.

Thought it looked sharp in the store but then once home the frump factor set in. Went back and tried on the smaller size which the SA thought was a much better fit. Luckily another woman in the dressing room helped me decide.
Although the smaller size fit perfectly in the shoulders and torso the arms felt a bit tight. It also emphasized my insulin pump when worn closed. Since I was hoping this new statement piece would suit absolutely every occasion life has to offer it was a hard choice. Smaller size looked great worn open, larger size looked great worn closed; especially when using it for an occasion when I don’t want my insulin pump to be really obvious.
I finally decided on the larger size that I originally bought. The sweetie in the dressing room happened to be a nurse and when I mentioned that silly bump sticking out was my insulin pump she totally got it You’re freezing all the time, are going to wear this to death and probably don’t even see your insulin pump unless you’re going out and then it bugs you. Exactly.
It will fit 90% of my life famously, is warm as toast, on sale it was $100 less, boring black provides a column of colour right and is the perfect piece for my arena capsule.
