After two seasons of increasingly frustrating dress boot shopping, I found my Goldilocks boots: not too tall, not too trendy, fitted around the calf, comfortable, etc.
The downside is that I'll only wear them once or twice as the season is ending, but the upside is that they were over half off. This officially ends my year of excessive boot buying:)
