I'm going to opt out of weighing in this week. I've been really frustrated and stressed out, and I am going to spend this week implementing some changes to my routine. I feel like I hit this weight and I have been ping ponging back and forth a few pounds for months. I looked up my records on Spark people, and saw that it has actually only been 2 months, but it's time to bust through. I have a long way to go and I am going nowhere right now.
