Well, it's weigh in day again. I'm actually up two pounds from last week. I'm not sure exactly why, but I'm not going to worry about it too much since that's the highest my weight has been all week. We had a busy week and I stopped tracking my food and never got back to it, but despite that I was doing ok. I've gone back to the gym and am doing Yoga twice a week, so that is good.
How is everyone else doing?
