Nanne, there are no requirements for the WLS threads! Someone (usually Khris, as she's very on top of things) will start a thread check-in every Monday. We share whether we're up/down since the previous week, our exercise goals for the week ahead, thoughts on food- whatever, really.
Tam- 1350 sounds ridiculously low for someone of your height, especially with all the exercise you do! I'd get a second opinion because even I need more than that to maintain my weight (though probably less to loose). I'd be worried about your body going into starvation mode on that little energy.
I'm finding the food thing very, very hard. I can run and be active no problem, but thinking about actually counting calories makes me so depressed, not to mention confused. I'm a food blogger and general foodie, so it's not like it's easy for me- figuring out how many calories are in a portion of homemade curry or something is next to impossible. I eat healthy food but love treats, too. I really don't want to drastically change the kind of food I make, or my blog will suffer (because readers expect the odd indulgent treat, you know?). Portion control is really my best option, but for me it's so tough.
