Happy Monday ladies!
I am so pleased to report that I have lost 5 pounds this week (despite it being that time of the month). It almost makes up for not having lost the whole last month. I haven't lost 5 pounds in a week for a very long time, so this is huge for me. I know that several of us had rough weigh ins last week, so I'm hoping that we have all turned it around and can share some success.
How did everyone else do?
