Awesome- you're all doing so well! Marianna, C25K is a great program, I loved it and it feels very rewarding to "tick off" the weeks as you make progress. Michelle, I think it's great that you managed to lose during your birthday week, and wasn't it Winterlicious too? Yum.

Ok, I'm going to be the first to admit that I haven't moved an OUNCE since last week. Nada. I still haven't got over my virus and for the last 8 days have been a puking, sweating, snotty, coughy, phlegm-y mess. Sorry for the visual, but it's true! I haven't had the engery to leave the house aside from work, so mainly I've been lying on the couch, reading Harry Potter and um, "soothing" my sore throat with bowls of ice-cream.
Geesh, no wonder I haven't lost any weight! I'm feeling up to cooking today, so will make a healthy soup for lunch, and maybe take a walk in the afternoon if the weather permits.
