Alright so.... I have no idea what I weigh. I've been in complete denial, and I don't want to get near the scale, because I know if it's bad, it will mess with my head right now and discourage me. I know it's going to be bad, because the other day I put on my favorite COH Hutton jeans - the ones that have always felt so comfy, like wearing sweat pants - and I was miserable! They were TOO TIGHT. They looked fine while standing, but forget sitting down in them. Oh no. NOT good!
So, I am back to calorie counting.
