Good Monday Morning!
Well, the holidays are over and it's time to see how we did. I am actually really happy with myself for the month. I am down 4 pounds from last week (and ironically also 4 pounds for the month since my weight has been up and down so much), and I have lost two inches from both my waist and hips this month. If you don't measure yourself, you might want to start. I do it on my first weigh in each month, and it's really interesting, and another good way to see progress.
I've reevaluated my goals, and I want to reach goal weight by September. In order to do that, I need to loose 5 pounds a month. I can totally do that, I just need to not loose focus.
