It's Monday again!
I am actually up a little less than a pound from last week. I have been really good about staying in my calorie range and getting in some exercise every day. I've been feeling hungry, and when I overate the last two days I lost weight, but gained it earlier in the week when I didn't. This is good news, because it means that I need to adjust my calorie range up again a little bit. I have to really watch this and make adjustments back and forth fairly often. I had kind of figured this was going on, but wanted to wait a full week to make sure.
Oh and I realized this week that the reason my new bra isn't fitting is that my underbust has shrunk by an inch and a half. Why do bra sizes not come in odds? That's what I really need.
