Good Monday Morning!
It's weigh in day. I'm actually up a pound from last week, but since my weight fluctuated wildly all week and I had been up by as much as 4 more pounds higher, it's ok. I am just getting back into tracking my food, and I had a really hard time staying on track. I realized that the cold was undermining my efforts and I have turned the heat up to what I think is unreasonably warm (budget wise), but allows me to be comfortable.
Anyone else want to share?
