This is a really good place to start your weight loss journey- take inventory of your closet and put away anytyhing that does not currently fit. I've been doing this regularly through my weight loss and getting rid of the bigger stuff, so my closet all fits ok right now. When you're having a rough day, or feeling defeated from time time- it's nice to be able to pull somthing together form your closet knowing that it fits. As you loose weight, you may have to get rid of items because they are too big- and that's a great feeling. This is just another way to face reality, and give you a measurable milestone. The fit of your clothes is a great tool to use for weight loss.
