Searching my closet this morning for something purple to wear to honor the memory of Heather Heyer, whose memorial service is being held today.

I wish I had heard before the school/grocery run, but I will find something to wear for basketball and other errands this afternoon. Thanks for the post.

I don't have any purple. I went to a vigil Monday night. There was a huge crowd.

It just so happens that I'm wearing purple today. I'm not able to make the vigil in Chicago but I'm praying for her and all that were killed or injured during this tragic time in our history.

I will wear purple today, and go into town where people will see it. And continue to pray, for the victims and for people with hearts and minds twisted by hate.
