RL, "Amazing Hair" is often interpreted as "weird hair", and some schools even call it that. The afro, dread and cornrow wigs that are worn send clear messages to kids whose own hair grows that way, telling them they are weird and worthy of ridicule. But Jenni's daughter's writing is cute.
