I've so enjoyed the examples to date, so am adding my version for weekend errands and office work.
BR jacket--tweed, elbow patches, double back vents! From 3 yrs ago. I still really like it, as the cut and length are pretty versatile for me. My work-wear has skewed away from much brown now, but this blackish-brown tweed is useful and works with jeans and other casual pants, I think.
Gap turtleneck--Angie-lemming
JJill slim BF jean
Clark's boots from abut 3 yrs ago.
I am somewhat handbag-challenged, but I tried my magenta Fossil small shoulder (or cross-body) bag for color-contrast, but still a casual leather. May be too diminutive for the outfit?
I have some darker "straight" jeans that may be slimmer, and were what I wore last year, but the BF's are just so comfortable! With my long torso and the lower rise jean, this is a bit of a leg-shortening look, but I thought I'd try it while "rolling" was in style. The boot shaft is ? 6 " or so, so too high to roll above the boot.
