The end of winter is approaching. It’s been warm mostly - too warm- but very very wet.

Here are some recent looks.

1. Out to dinner- this studded belt has been a fun addition.
2. Out to a fundraising event. I had this top altered to make it shorter and I like it for an understated look.
3. A trip away with a night in an old convent converted to a hotel. I wore my Mum’s cameo.
4. I am not wearing this old favourite dress much now but I did like it with this thrifted scarf that has been very well used. I will keep the dress - it’s good in autumn and spring.
5-6 I got my hair cut-and coloured. I am still experimenting with the styling but I am liking it. My hair suits layers - when it’s one length it’s harder to style. I felt grumpy and frumpy many days prior to the cut.
7. Off to a memorial for my friends Mum who passed in lockdown - same as in pic 2 except I wore the brooch instead of the necklace.

My New addition for August is this coated canvas tote bag. Love at first sight!

I hope the coat and jewelry give the elegance and the hair is more energetic than my previous cut. And I usually look relaxed because my bag or my collar or something is askew.

I have been wardrobe tracking this winter which has been fun and insightful. I will share more later once three months are up.
