Happy Weekend!

Our weather doesn’t know what it’s doing at the moment!! It’s not worth putting anything away yet:(

A cooler day so put together some older
pieces for this ‘in between’ climate!

Straight leg pants - patterned too!! that sit below the ankle (I love this length), a black chiffon like tunic shirt and soft light weight structured trench. The shoes (Rollies) were a much considered purchase last Autumn and I’m really glad I bought them. Not great for Winter but great for Autumn and Spring and so incredibly comfortable.

I hadn’t put this combo together before and I quite liked it. I thought the proportions worked well with the flat shoe. I often struggle to style flat footwear.

Trench : Peter Morrissey
Tunic : Motto
Pants : from a little Fast Fashion chain (can’t remember)
Shies : Rollie Nation

Lovely! Really nice pants. I shy away from patterned pants but they look great on you.

You have the best collection of black and white pieces. I like the variety in temps that spring brings, but I do find if difficult to know how many blankets to have on my bed. No sooner do I pack them away and we get another cold spell!

Thanks Jenni. I’m the same re patterned pants but I really liked the print. I have these and a pair of animal print droppies, also black and white but other than that it’s solid bottoms for me lol xx

I'm noticing the pant length, and taking note . Also - yes to these patterned pants! I'm not a big fan of patterned pants, but these I can get behind. The tunic length "softens" the in-your-face effect that patterned pants can have - and I really like this. Taking note here too !

You are the bomb. So chic and hip. Like the look a the pants with the trench.

Lisa I had a moment of weakness buying the pants but I like them for a change! The narrowly survived my last wardrobe cull lol

Patterned pants are quite a challenge for me but really wanted a change from mywinter blacks (and summer whites). So, I shoped a bl&grey animal for the winter holidays and plan to wear them with a black (transparent) tunic-like you did here, too- reducing area of the pattern ease up the wearing of it. Thanx for the inspiration!
