So, I thought it would be fun to do a WIW with my outfit today...I love this H&M jacket with defined shoulders and studs (I'm not a rocker style person, so it amuses me to wear it). Sadly you can't see the detail of the necklace very well but it's turquoise beads interlaced with a silver chainlink.

I also really love this buttondown from Express, it's like it was made for my body.

BTW I'm a grad student who works in engineering and today I worked some in the lab so this is a lab-going outfit since I know there's been discussion about lab-appropriate outfits. Sometimes I swap out my shoes for an older pair of loafers that I keep in my office that keep the entire foot covered rather than just the toebox.
