Hi everyone, have just arrived back in NZ today after my 13 nights in Canada. Am taking a break from unpacking and sorting! Washing is on the line.
After the wedding and associated celebrations we took 2 flights last Tuesday, Saskatoon-Vancouver then with a very quick turnaround Vancouver-Victoria where we were to spend 2 nights in a great hotel recommended by Fabber Gaylene. Gaylene was sadly out of town but I planned to meet Suz on the Wednesday afternoon at a tea store and cafe in town called Murchie’s. But while cycling in Suz had a cycle accident! Thankfully not *too* awful but knocked her about so she got her husband to ring mine (as he had our only Canadian SIM) to let me know.
We were both disappointed! It was a lovely hot day so I finished up having Italian gelato instead of tea or coffee. Here are pics and get well soon Suz!
