I went into Nordies to try the infamous gilet... Well, it didn't work at all on me! It's far too weighty for indoors and not practical for outdoors. And the fit was all wrong - I could barely button a 6. I think I'm just too wide and busty on top.
I was actually quite relieved, and then I spied a Trouve vest of similar style but with lighter fabric at a fraction of the price. An XS fit well, and I will model it later. Will continue to admire the gilet on those of you who are tall and slender.
